If you are serious about losing weight, you don’t need whey (or any other kind of) protein powder. You don’t need a special supplement.
You need to decide that slimming down is what you really want, and then figure out the eating lifestyle that works for your metabolism: low-carb (which should never be forever!) or high-carb.
You need to be willing to:
- Exercise at least three times/week,
- Not overeat,
- Cut out the junk/fast/processed foods,
- Join some kind of weight-loss support group (whether online or off), and
- Not consume a lot of saturated fat.
If you’re not willing to commit to those basics, no weight-loss program in the world is going to help you for long.
